Quality is our highest priority.Always has been and always will be.

We accept any defective items for return or exchange within two weeks after the receipt of our Entwine product.Please email to our customer service (cs@entwine-style.com) to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization.Please note that you will need to pay for the shipping costs of the return product, while we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.

Since all our products are handmade with natural materials, there are inevitably variations in color and pattern that are unique signature of a handmade craft.We will not accept return or exchange request due to minor variations between the photo and the product received.
